Troubleshoot Home Manager - Up to £50,000 per annum dependant on experience - 40 hours per week

I am currently recruiting for my client in the Norwich, Norfolk area, the organisation currently operates over 10 homes in the UK under the highest level of quality care; we are looking for someone with the relevant experience to join their continuously expanding company!

Job requirements:

* Overall responsibility of the home
* Staff management/ appraisals/ training
* Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
* Budgets and marketing
* Uphold the prestigious reputation of the home within the area and maintain the high standards of care
* Ensuring the core values of the company are the centre focus of all actions taken by the management and team
* Create a happy and positive environment for everyone

Skills/ Qualifications:

* RMA
* Nurse Qualified (RMN / RGN / RN)
* Proven track record of successful home management.
* Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
* Registered with CQC
* Turn around / Troubleshooting experience - Preferred
* Dynamic & Enthusiastic
