Home Manager - £45,000 Negotiable dependant on experience - 40 hours per week

I am currently recruiting for my client in the Shropshire area, the organisation currently operates 3 homes in the UK under the highest level of quality care; we are looking for someone with the relevant experience to join their continuously expanding company!

We are looking for a Home Manger for a Nursing home located in Bridgnorth, Requirements as following;

* Experienced as a Registered Home Manager at least 3 years
* Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
* Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and General Nursing
* Demonstrates positive values
* Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
* Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
