Remedicare Staffing is currently recruiting for hungry motivated people who are looking to break into the recruitment industry.

Operating across the UK, Remedicare Staffing is a specialist Recruitment Consultancy who specialise in supplying healthcare staffing into the private sector healthcare organisations. We are highly experienced in supplying staff on a permanent basis. We pride ourselves on their ability to deliver in situations where others are unable to, providing an unbeatable service in the marketplace. Our business is expanding and there is a genuine need for Remedicare to bring in new people who are looking for a reward based environment that encourages and develops it sales people to think outside of the box, to aim high and achieve top billing for the company and themselves.

For the trainee recruitment consultant, our training and development programme gives you the grounding in recruitment practices and skills so that you will be able to hit the ground running and start billing within a few weeks of completing the course.

We are looking for driven, ambitions people from ALL backgrounds such as customer service, sales, estate agents, project management, the army or even recent graduates.

We have attracted consultants from all different types of backgrounds in the past such as personal training, finance, IT and as long as you have proven ability and want to have fun we want to hear from you!!

We will support you with extensive training and a structured career development plan without enforcing heavy KPIs. We offer market leading commission structures and incentives such as trips to Bulgaria or Barcelona, what we want from you is the motivation and drive to excel and earn up to £60,000 in your first year.

THE ROLE:

A superb chance for an ambitious and driven individual to make a real impact within a fast paced environment providing staffing solutions to healthcare operators. Our industry presence and first-class training will arm you for a successful and lucrative recruitment career.

You will provide Account Management, support and excellent customer service to clients and candidates across an allocated and developing portfolio.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining/servicing, developing and growing a portfolio of clients
  • Filling staffing requests with suitably skilled and experienced staff
  • Being the main point of contact for a large pool of candidates
  • Building an excellent working relationship with every candidate and client
  • Obtaining their interview availability, understanding and getting to know their skills and areas of speciality in order to place them in suitable environments whilst offering your continued support
  • Recruiting staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and referrals
  • Ensuring daily KPI's are met
  • Recruitment selling
  • Business development
  • Gaining referrals
  • Searching for candidates

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Will be confident in communicating with Clients and Candidates, face-to-face, over the phone and in writing
  • Will be target driven and able to work under pressure
  • Will be committed and hardworking Will have motivation to succeed Will have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Will have determination, energy and a passion for Technology
