Our client is currently looking for a part time Activities Co-ordinator to join their Care Home based in Poole. The residential Care Home offers 50 beds to residents and specialises in Dementia and Old Age.
The service is registered for 50 service users and is currently rated good in all areas by CQC.
Requirements for Care Assistants:
At least 1 years’ experience as a Activities Co-ordinator
NVQ's in Health and Social Care desirable but not essential
Main Duties of our Activity Co-ordinator;
• Plan and organise programmes of individual and group activities
• Review and evaluate the activities programme so that it is kept up to date and fit for purpose.
• Work closely with residents, staff and others involved in the organising and the running of events.
• To undertake any other duties as required by line management
Hours and hourly rates:
£9.50ph - Weekday
27 hours per week
Full time permanent role
