£34,000+ per annum dependant on experience – 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
I am currently recruiting for my client in the Nottingham area, this home is looking for someone with the relevant experience to join their continuously expanding company!
We are looking for a Home Manger for a Residential home located in Nottingham.
Requirements as following;
Experienced as a Registered Home Manager at least 2 years
Must hold a relevant professional qualification (level 5)
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice

Salary: £34,000+per annum
Requirements for this role:
QCF / NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or above
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Satisfactory DBS and check against the DBS barred list
Ability to work on own initiative
Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programme
Previous experience of working with the relevant Service User group Licence
Proven ‘Good’ or above CQC track record
