Senior Home Care Assistant role Available in Nether Edge, Sheffield: Ref No. IH105919

£11.80 + per hour / 7am – 2:45pm or 2:15pm – 10:00pm shifts

Days - You will also be required to be on-call on a rotational basis, including evenings and weekends.

Full time, 37.5 hours per week



The ideal candidate for the Senior Home Care Assistant role in Nether Edge, Sheffield will be adaptable, friendly, polite and most importantly a caring person, who has the passion and drive to make a difference as a Senior Home Care Assistant.

Key details

Our Client will provide the successful applicant with full training, coaching and support to enable you to feel fully confident in this role. Experience of using MS Word and Outlook is essential, along with good communication and organisational skills, a full driving licence and your own vehicle. You must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as a minimum, and ideally be working towards a Level 3 (or equivalent). You must have also worked in Health and Social Care for a minimum of 2 years, with at least 1 year being at a Senior Level or equivalent.

Our Client is offering for a Senior Home Care Assistant

An hourly rate between £11.80ph + Depending on qualifications and experience

Hours of 36 – 48 per week

8 – 8 shifts

Senior Home Care Assistant Skills & Experience

Qualified Level 3 in Health & Social Care

Mediation trained

Have strong communication and organisational skills

Be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to deliver care

You will be respectful of residents’ choices, dignity and independence, always.

Clean driver’s license required



Senior Home Care Assistant Qualifications
