How Remedicare are dealing with Covid-19

In light of the ongoing Corona Virus Pandemic, we understand that there are numerous concerns and constraints worldwide and we would like to address our relationship with all customers in the current climate and provide a level of reassurance. As a company we are working around the clock with our current and new clients and we endeavour to support all clients throughout this pandemic as efficiently as possible, namely ensuring that our customers’ high levels of care are not compromised by staffing levels.

A full contingency plan has been put into place to deal with the ongoing crisis, within this plan we have laid out improved strategic ways of working and making sure that all client needs are still being met. We have an array of technologies that we are fully utilising to ensure our clients have no issue contacting ourselves or arranging and proceeding with interviews with suitable candidates.

Our candidates have been prepared and trained to use video technology for interview purposes. We have also given them the knowledge of what our clients’ needs are, including if clients that they may possibly work for have suitable amounts of PPE.

All of our consultants are currently working remotely and you can contact them any time of the day using our normal office number (0118 309 4222) or via email. This enables us to still provide the very highest quality of service that our customers expect and not slack on any detail.
