Care Assistants Wanted in Eastbourne!



Full time Days and Nights Available - £9.50ph +

36 hours per week



The home is registered for 28 service Users - the clientele Dementia and Old Age with a CQC of Overall Good.



We are looking for full time permanent carers who are caring, reliable, trustworthy and passionate. Our client would like you to be a part of their growing team.



As a Care Assistant you will provide person centred care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, meal times, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most. It also means working as part of a team to identify their unique goals and implement personalised care plan. My Client can offer full care certificate training, support and a genuine career pathway to help you fulfil your potential.



What my client is looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:



NVQ 2

Mediation trained

Have strong communication and organisational skills

Be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to deliver care

You'll be respectful of residents' choices, dignity and independence, always.

Clean driver's license Preferred - but not required

The right candidates will be trustworthy, flexible and reliable with excellent timekeeping and the ability to fit into general family life.

An hourly rate between £9.50ph +
