Senior Carer Wanted in Romford!



Full time Available - £9.50ph - £10.00ph +

hours per week



The home is registered for 41 Service Users - the clientele is Dementia, Mental Health Condition, Old Age, Physical Disability and Sensory Impairment.



Our client would like you to be a part of their growing team.



We're looking for great Senior Carers to join us and manage a small team of carers. As a Senior Carer you will provide person centred care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, meal times, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most. My Client can offer full care certificate training, support and a genuine career pathway to help you fulfil your potential.



What my client is looking for in a Senior Carer:



-Qualified Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

-Mediation trained

-Have strong communication and organisational skills

-Be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to deliver care

-You'll be respectful of residents' choices, dignity and independence, always.

-Clean driver's license Preferred - but not required



My client is offering for the Senior Carer Role:



An hourly rate between £9.25ph - £10.00ph +

Hours of 36 plus per week
