Full time permanent Position available - £10ph +



36 Hours + per week



My Clients home is registered for 73 Service Users - the clientele is Dementia and Old age.

We are looking for committed Senior Care Assistants to join there experienced and qualified care team in Chester on permanent Day contracts, who care about others and can empathise and treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve.



Being a Senior Carer Is about taking responsibility for case managing residents and liaising with families, health care professional and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered. Our Clients focus is on providing the highest quality service at all times.



What my client is looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:



-Qualified Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

-Mediation trained

-Have strong communication and organisational skills

-Be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to deliver care

-You'll be respectful of residents' choices, dignity and independence, always.

-Clean driver's license Preferred - but not required



My client is offering for the Senior Care Assistant Role:



An hourly rate between £10ph + Depending on qualifications and experience
