Telesales / B2B Staff Needed ~ Reading
Remedicare Staffing is currently recruiting for hungry motivated people who are looking to break into the recruitment industry who have got previous Telesales / B2B experience.
£17,000 - £20,000 Basic + EXCELLENT BONUS (£50K+ OTE)
The company is looking for people who are hungry to earn commission and to progress on within the company.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients / candidates.
- Generating leads for Consultants.
- Qualify candidates' needs to generate accurate leads for Consultants.
- Update internal systems with candidate's details and outcomes to keep the database up to date.
- Basic Administrative duties.
- Maintaining/servicing, developing and growing a portfolio of clients
- Filling staffing requests with suitably skilled and experienced staff
- Being the main point of contact for a large pool of candidates
- Building an excellent working relationship with every candidate and client
- Obtaining their interview availability, understanding and getting to know their skills and areas of speciality in order to place them in suitable environments whilst offering your continued support
- Recruiting staff through headhunting, generating candidate leads and referrals
- Ensuring daily KPI's are met
- Recruitment selling
- Business development

- Searching for candidates

- Previous B2B experience in any industry
- Previous Telesales / Telemarketing or Customer Services experience in any industry
- Experience at working within a call centre environment
- Self-motivated with the desire to achieve
