£18,000 - £21,000 per annum
To provide a consistent quality support at all times by understanding and meeting the needs of the people we support. When deputising for the Manager to ensure that the support team are competent and focused, and are able to fulfill the needs of the people we support and the needs of other people to the highest professional standards.
To help the support team to given competent support by providing leadership and supervision to the team when the Team Leader is not available.
To provide support in the everyday life of the people we support, enabling them to participate in the community.
To maintain the physical and emotional well-being and general health of the people we support to the highest possible standards.
To ensure that the people we support are involved in all decisions and choices that affect their life.
To ensure that the people are support are supported in budgeting and managing their money, as appropriate.
To represent the staff team as a workforce representative if required.
To help the support team to provide support, by providing leadership and supervision to the team when the Team Leader is not available.
To ensure that in the absence of the Manager: Personalised support is delivered in compliance with legislation, values, policies and practices and contractual requirements.
To keep appropriate records and communications of support.
To promote, monitor and maintain healthy, safe, secure supports.
That each person has enough enabling support. The Community Enabler Plus with Deputising Responsibilities is accountable to their Team Leader, for your actions and the actions of your team and for the people we serve.
