Job Description:

A passioante and dedicated individual is required to help manage a Residential Care Home in the Kettering areas. This is a great family-owned 30 bedded home which specialises in elderly and dementia care and the most recent CQC report is rated "GOOD" in all areas.

This is a full time, permanent role on Days working 8 hour shifts. (7am-3pm and 2pm-10pm) 4 or 5 days a week. The role is predominantly floor based with 1-2 supernumerary shifts each week and the rest in a supervisory senior position. This pays £11.00-12.00 per hour (DOE) and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking to take their step up into management or an experienced Deputy looking to maintain a close relationship with their residents and a presence on the floor.

We are seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is always willing to go the extra mile The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and good leadership skills with a strong personality.



The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

Skills/ Experience:

Ideally NVQ Level 3 minimum (Home is happy to support the successful candidate in completing their Level 4/5 if not already possessed)
*

Shift leading experience within a Care Home environment
*

Medication trained



Duties will include:

*

Care plans, reviews and meetings
*

Medication administration
*

Supervisions



Suitable for: Team Leader, Head of Care, Deputy Care Home Manager, Assistant Manager
