Our client in Feltham is a fantastic purpose-built Care Home that is part of a large organisation with a fantastic reputation across the UK. They have an exciting opportunity for Care Assistants to join their passionate team of Healthcare Assistants and Seniors.

The home invests heavily in staffing and emphasis is driven towards person-centred approaches. They value a homely and welcoming environment alongside excellent care standards which enables a fantastic standard of care provision and quality of life. An experienced and multicultural care team work hard to adapt to the varying needs of the residents, with a broad activities programme designed for the hobbies and interests of the residents.

We are looking for Care Assistants who have a passion and desire to care for others and work alongside a team of other Carers and Senior Carers to promote dignity and independence for all residents within the home.

Training and support will be provided to care assistants who have little or no previous experience within a care home to enable them to thrive and progress in their careers.

Key details:


Both Days and Nights are available

Full time and part time roles, 24-48 hours per week

£8.72+ per hour

* Senior Care Assistant / Nursing Assistant roles paying £11.00 per hour are also available.

Main duties for care assistants are as follows:


Providing personal care such as toileting, washing and dressing

Keeping residents comfortable and assisting in manual handling

Assisting with meal times and feeding

Checking and reporting any change in residents conditions to a senior care assistant

Liaise with visiting family and friends


Care assistants with previous experience within a care home and NVQ's within health and social care.
