Our client in Four Marks, between Alton and Winchester, is an attractive 30 bedded Residential Care Home that promotes the highest standards of person-centred care. The company has a number of homes across the South of England and are well-known for providing top quality, person-centred care in all of their services. The home's latest CQC report is rated "GOOD" in all areas and they are located in a quiet and pleasant area of town. They have an exciting opportunity for a care assistant to join their passionate team of HCA's and SHCA's.

We are looking for care assistants who have a passion and desire to care for others and work alongside a team of care assistants to promote dignity and independence for all residents within the Residential Care Home.

Training and support will be provided to care assistants with little or no experience within care homes from senior care assistants as a part of a thorough training and induction programme. If you aim to progress in your career then the home can support you with this and even help you gain NVQ qualifications as the role has the opportunity to take on more responsibilities. The home has a strong track record of promoting from within and helping Care Assistants to develop into Senior Care Assistants and even further.

Key details

Both full and part time, permanent positions are available working Nights paying a fantastic £10.20 per hour weekday nights and £10.70 per hour weekend nights!!

The role also comes with paid breaks meaning you are paid for every minute that you're at work, even on your breaks!

8pm-8am shifts.

Main duties for care assistants are as follows:


Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting

Keeping residents comfortable and assisting in manual handling and movement around the home

Checking and reporting any change in residents conditions to a senior care assistant

Cleaning the care home and adhering to infection control policies

Practical Support - Making beds, dusting, preparing food & laundry


Care assistants with previous experience within a care home and NVQ's within health and social care.


24 - 48 hours per week (alternate weekends)
