Senior Care Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our team in Cirencester . As part of our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patient's treatment is of the highest standard.

As a Care Assistant you will provide person centred care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, meal times, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most.

Our client:

We are looking for part-time and full-time members of staff to support one of our privately funded clients.

Duties for a Senior Care Assistant include supporting people with:

* To lead a team of carers while on shift
* To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
* To follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.
* To ensure you adhere to CQC and company policies

Requirements

* Level 2/3 NVQ in Health and Social care or Care certificate
* Medication Training/Experience
* Driving License with car (Not essential)
* 1 years' experience as a Senior Care Assistant in a Care/Nursing home
* Flexible to work days/nights
* Able to access Cirencester
