Support Worker - Female - Colchester, Essex

£9.00ph+ - 37.5 Hours Per Week

I am currently looking to recruit Full-time and Part-time Support Workers, due to the cliental of the service, my client needs female Support Worker. My clients service is based in Colchester, Essex. My client needs enthusiastic, passionate people for the Support Worker role, to ensure everyone at the service enjoys a quality of life which is as normal and fulfilling as possible.

You will be working in a friendly environment as a Support Worker where teamwork and individual support are high priorities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible to the Nurse in charge for providing and maintaining a homely atmosphere and will need a keen interest in caring for people, ensuring that the rights and dignity of our residents are respected at all times as a Support Worker.

My client's service is vibrant and busy, where no two days are the same working as a Support Worker!

Requirements for the Support Worker role:

* Previous experience working with Learning Disabilities, for a minimum 2 years'
* Flexible to work shifts between Monday to Sunday
* NVQ level 2 in health & social care - desirable but not essential
* A full driving licence and ability to drive the minibus is an advantage
