We are currently recruiting for a client's spectacular Domiciliary Care Company in Godalming, and require a Care Coordinator for a permanent Full Time role.

Care Coordinator position details:

* £9.50 to £10.00 per hour
* Full-time hours
* Monday to Friday
* Extra £250 per week if on-call
* Paid mileage

Job Description:

* To support and manage a team of Care Workers
* To develop detailed work schedules for the Care Workers and providing both written and verbal instructions for guidance
* To maintain confidentiality at all times
* To be the main point of contact to both Service Users and Care Workers
* To assist the team in ensuring an excellent quality service is supplied at all times
* To ensure that all telephones/email correspondence is dealt with promptly in a polite and respectful manner
* To take part in the on call (emergency out of hours service)
* To report and support other members of team, including the Registered Branch Manager and Care Manager
* To maintain compliance in line with a legislative and company requirements
* We will offer ongoing support and there are numerous opportunities for development, both personally and professionally.


* Have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the Health Care industry
* Ideally have experience at a Senior/Supervisor level OR
* Have a care background and experience in Care Coordinating within a busy domiciliary environment.
* Be computer literate and have knowledge of care management software
* Be able to work efficiently in a high paced environment
* Have excellent administrative and communication skills
* Be dedicated to delivering exceptional service on behalf of the company internally and externally
* Be flexible and reliable
* Possess excellent people management skills
* Be an effective team player
* Have access to your own Transport
* Have a good understanding of the Pinner Area
* Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
* Have previous experience within a Home Care / Domiciliary Care Company
* Have previous experience as a Care Coordinator.
* Have good knowledge of MS Office, Word & Outlook
* Passion for delivering high levels of care
* Good Numeracy & Literacy Skills
* A warm & friendly disposition
* Good communication skills and able to put others at ease
* Reliable & Punctual
* Willingness to develop new skills
