We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who has a stellar reputation within the Ruislip area for their fantastic residential home. The home is a part of small, independant care company that tries to look after their staff as much as their residents.

Our client strives to deliver the highest standards of care within their residential home and are seeking a strong Senior Care Assistant with previous care experience to join their dedicated care team.

About the home:

This is a beautiful 25 bedded residential care home specialising in elderly and dementia care. Their CQC report is rated "GOOD" in all areas from their last inspection and person-centred care is at the very heart of the company's values.

This are full time, permanent team leader roles (36-48 hours per week, alternate weekends) paying a fantastic £12.00 per hour. Days are available and immediate starts are possible.

The home is extremely accessible by public transport with multiple tube stations and bus stops surrounding.

Team Leader Assistant Duties:

*To Supervise and participate in the delivery of care to residents

*To provide leadership and support to the care staff

*Responsible for the administration of medication

*Maintain residents dignity and independence at all times

As a Senior Care Assistant you will be expected to lead by example at all times and provide strong leadership skills to the rest of the care assistants. You should have a strong work ethic and embody your care homes attitude towards delivering the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

*Previous experience within a nursing/residential home

*Previous experience as a Senior HCA or Team Leader

*NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care

Willingness to gain medication certificate if not already received
