We are currently recruiting for one of our client's services based in Selsey and require Support Workers for a Full Time Role within a Learning disabilities care home.



The home is registered for up to 9 residents and is rated "GOOD" in all areas in the most recent CQC report.



These are full-time, permanent positions with 40 hours/week paying £8 per hour and £78 for a sleeping night shift. Shifts are 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm or can combined for a long day. These hours also include 1 sleeping night shift per week.



You will work flexibly to ensure individual needs are met while maximising independence, dignity, privacy and well-being.

The type of care a Support Worker will provide will vary from person to person but will include the following:

Personal Care (provide a shower, bath, changing pads etc.)

Practical Support such as laundry, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals
